Fisher Xteriors is a commercial waterproofing and building envelope contractor headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, working across the metro, greater Nebraska, and western Iowa.

Founded 2024. Built on longer experience than that.
Fisher Xteriors was founded in 2024 and is based in Omaha. Our team brings over a decade of combined experience in commercial construction, waterproofing, exterior coatings, and specialty construction.
Our focus is the work between a building's structure and the weather: waterproofing, air barriers, cladding, sealants, sheet metal, and specialty coatings. We approach those scopes as connected parts of the building envelope.

How we work
Four things you can hold us to
We read the whole drawing set
Envelope requirements hide outside Division 7. Drain tile material on a plumbing sheet, a vapor retarder note on a structural detail, a coating buried in the civil specs. We find those before the bid, not during the submittal review.
We document what gets covered up
Waterproofing, air barriers, and fireproofing all disappear behind someone else's work. Everything we install gets photographed before it is concealed, and that record goes in the closeout package.
We tell you what we found
If the existing condition is worse than the drawings said, you hear it the day we find it. Bad news early is a schedule problem. Bad news late is a claim.
We stand behind the transition
Most envelope failures happen where one trade's scope ends and the next begins. We would rather own that seam than argue about it.

Rob Fisher
President & CEO
Rob has a diverse background in construction, with prior roles specialized in exterior coating and waterproofing, building envelope, and specialty construction. He leads the team and oversees development of all projects.
Where we work
Nebraska and western Iowa
Omaha and the metro are home. Beyond that we travel for the work — projects on this site run from Ogallala to Denison and from Blair to Shenandoah.
If your project is outside that range, call anyway. The answer depends on the scope and the schedule, and we would rather tell you no early than bid something we cannot staff.
