Waterproofing

The work that gets buried. Once the wall is backfilled, nobody sees this again until it leaks -- which is exactly why we photograph every square foot of it before the dirt goes back.

Self-adhering sheet waterproofing installed on a foundation wall

Below grade

Sheet and fluid-applied membranes on foundation walls, elevator pits, and tunnels, with drainage composite, protection course, and the terminations and tie-ins that decide whether any of it works. Coordinated against the footing drain and the damp-proofing requirements on the plumbing and civil sheets, not just the architectural spec.

Horizontal and traffic-bearing

Plaza decks, split slabs, and planters, where the membrane has to survive the topping slab, the pavers, and the landscaper.

Remediation

Existing walls and decks that are already taking water. We find the path first. A leak repaired where the water shows up is a leak you will pay for again.
