Coping, fascia, counterflashing, closures, gutter, and downspout fabricated to our own brake profiles, in the gauge and finish the project actually calls for -- not the one the supplier happens to stock.
The conditions nobody drew
Outside corners, changes in plane, transitions between two cladding types, and the piece that has to die into someone else's work. These are where a façade package stalls, and they are the reason we fabricate rather than buy.
Order of operations
Trim, membrane, and cladding have to be sequenced against each other or one of them gets installed twice. We set that order at the pre-construction meeting rather than discovering it on the lift.
